Our experience encompasses a wide range of renovation and new interior construction work form simple office upgrades, lobby and common area upgrades, to full demolition and build outs across multiple floors in high rise buildings. We are experienced in upgrading all elements of commercial buildings, restorations of historic elements, and major infrastructure upgrades. M&K believes in working with minimal disruption to building occupants, clean and safe job sites, and working closely with clients to deliver the project they expect on time and within budget.

In addition to full commercial build outs, M & K Contractors can provide the supervision and manpower for individual trade work at your location including drywall, accoustical ceilings, doors and carpentry, painting and finishes, plumbing, electric, and heating/cooling. No project is too small and we can provide a free estimate for any and all work and imporvements you may be planning. A project is not complete until the client has approved the work and all open items are finalized. Each project has an assigned manager to act as a single point of contact for the engagement. |

Our design-build services focus on combining the design, permit, and construction schedules in order to streamline the traditional design it, bid it, and build it environment. M & K as a design build firm strives to bring together design and construction professionals in a collaborative environment to complete all phases of a project in an overlapping like fashion i.e. construction has begun while the building is still being designed.
